TEKHAT – Single-Line Diagram + Load Schedule from Excel (DXF)

TEKHAT automates the two most time-consuming deliverables of residential and small commercial electrical projects: the single-line diagram and the load schedule.

How it works

1. Fill the Excel template: circuit number, phase, power, cable, breaker, group switch, RCD… one sheet per panel.
2. Open the file in TEKHAT: panels are listed, R/S/T load balance is calculated, unbalanced panels are flagged.
3. The check list shows undersized breakers / group switches / RCDs and undersized cables (voltage drop, current capacity) with a suggested value; apply with one click or keep your own values.
4. GENERATE: single-line DXF (blocks, layers, ByBlock colors), load schedule workbook, schedules placed next to the diagram, and a corrected copy of your workbook.

Highlights

• No AutoCAD required; the DXF opens in AutoCAD, AutoCAD LT, ZWCAD, GstarCAD, BricsCAD, NanoCAD.
• Phase balancing with minimal changes; single-phase panels are skipped.
• Breaker / group switch / RCD adequacy check with “smallest suitable” or “one size up” suggestion.
• Cable check: voltage-drop target per category (lighting / sockets / mechanical) and current capacity.
• Main distribution board (MDB) builder: pick the fed panels, enter lengths; breakers and cable sizes are proposed with a safety margin; multiple / cascaded MDBs; MDBs already present in Excel are recognized.
• Lighting rotary (cam) switches, FE 180 fire-resistant cable columns.
• Per-category demand factors in schedules; no double counting in MDB schedules.
• Bonus: LN1.lsp writes cable and power from the diagram onto circuit tags in your floor plan (AutoCAD).
• Interface and user guide in 11 languages: English, Turkish, German, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Urdu (chosen at installation, changeable in the program).

Licensing

• 7-day full trial after installation (internet required). Download the installer and try it first.
• Activate with your order e-mail; the license is bound to the computer and can be moved any time. The program verifies the license online at every start.
